Installing a font
01. First find the font you wish to download. The download will usually be in the form of a text or picture link.
02. Click the link.
03. A window will pop up, press 'Open'.
04. Now there will be a window that looks like
this. Press 'Extract all Files'.
05. Now the Extraction Wizard will pop up, it looks like
this. Press 'Next', 'Next' again if you have to. Make sure the 'Show extracted files' checkbox is checked. Then click finish.
06. Now the extracted files folder will come up, it looks like
this. Right click and copy the font. Leave this folder open so you can copy it again if it does not work later!
07. Click 'Start' on your bottom toolbar. Go to
'Control Panel. Then click
Appearance and Themes.
08. Click
fonts, and a screen will pop up that looks something like
this.
09. Right click somewhere, preferably on the edge, and paste the font in there.
10. You're done! I know it may seem like a ton of steps at first, but it does get easier. :)
