the steps

1. Duplicate base and sharpen. I lowered the opacity to 77% because I don't think it looks to good, too sharp.

2. Duplicate the base again, bring it to the top, and set it to screen at 100% opacity.

3. Fill a new layer with the color #c6bbcf. Set it to Multiply at 100%

4. Fill a new layer with the color #d0c350. Set it to Soft Light at 100%

5. Make a new Selective Color layer, copy my settings:

Red -100 | 100 | 100 | 0
Yellow -30 | +30 | -40 | +7
Neutrals +35 | -10 | 0 | +6

6. Paste this texture on top and set it to screen.

7. Make another new Selective Color layer, copy my settings:

Red -100 | +13 | 0 | 0
Cyans -100 | +17 | +90 | +25
Neutrals -43 | -5 | -30 | -21

8. Make a new Curves layer, copy my settings:

RGB
1st Point; Output: 190 | Input: 158
2nd Point; Output: 80 | Input: 80

Red
1st Point; Output: 183 | Input: 179
2nd Point; Output: 84 | Input: 96

Blue
Only Point; Output: 152 | Input: 178
