01. Create a new document and either paste in this blend, or your own (use my blend for practice if you really want to).

02. Make a new selective color layer. Change the settings like so:

Red:
-65, +9, +100, +7

Cyans:
-27, -26, +32, +8

blues
-24, -16, +7, -24

whites
0, 0, 0, -100

blacks
-7, +5, +7, -1

And you are done! Have fun, feel free to change the settings around so they fit your picture.
