the steps
001. Duplicate the first layer once and set it to screen. 002. Duplicate first layer and drag to top; set it to soft light at 25% opacity. 003. Duplicate the first layer, keep it where it is! Sharpen it until it looks good. You can change the opacity if it is too strong. 004. Make a new Hue/Saturation Layer. Change the saturation to +31! 005. Make a new Selective Color Layer.Match my settings:
Cyan: +98
Magenta: -40
Yellow: -100
Black: +19 Whites
Cyan: 100
Magenta: -37
Yellow: +24
Black: -11 blacks
Cyan: -29
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +53
Black: -8
